What this application is

An internal tool used only by staff of Nukhbat Alruwad Trading L.L.C (Dubai, U.A.E.) to prepare quotations, delivery notes and invoices. Access requires a company username and password.

Google Drive access

• The app requests only the drive.file permission: it can see and manage only the files and folders it creates itself, never any other file in the Drive.
• It is connected once to the company's own Google account and stores the company's documents (PDF quotations, delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders and supplier invoices) in a folder named “NUKHBAT ALRUWAD - Documents”.
• Google user data is used only to save and open these documents. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
• The access token is stored on the app's server (Cloudflare) and can be revoked at any time from the app's settings or from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Other data

Business records (customers, prices, documents) are stored in the company's Cloudflare D1 database. When a staff member asks the AI assistant to read a document, that document is sent to the configured AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic) only to extract its contents.
